Time For A Change: Royce Pennsylvania Mutual Fund

We are making a small change to the name of Pennsylvania Mutual Fund, our flagship fund that Chuck Royce has managed since 1972.
Effective May 1, 2008, the new name is Royce Pennsylvania Mutual Fund to better associate our flagship with the Royce family of funds. This change does not affect any of the Fund Classes' CUSIPS or trading symbols. For more information, please contact us or call Investor Services at (800) 221-4268.
