Objective and Strategy

Seeks long-term growth of capital by investing primarily in equity securities issued by non-U.S. (International) companies, i.e., companies domiciled outside of the U.S., that we believe are trading significantly below our estimate of their current worth. The Fund focuses on companies with market caps less than $5 billion. We believe investors in the Fund should have a long-term investment horizon of at least three years.
