      Joanne Newgard is the Director of Advisor Services and Media Relations at Royce & Associates, LLC, investment adviser to The Royce Funds.  Ms. Newgard has 24 years of investment industry experience, tracking her full 24-year tenure at Royce.

      She is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University.
