Jay Kaplan Discusses Small-Caps in the Current Market on Bloomberg

On August 7, 2012 Royce Dividend Value Fund Portfolio Manager Jay Kaplan, joined Erik Schatzker for Bloomberg TV's "Market Makers."

Jay dicusssed the current market environment and what, if anything, might serve as the catalyst to turn valuations around.
