Three Royce Funds Have Re-Opened
Open FundsRoyce Opportunity Fund, Royce Micro-Cap Fund, and Royce Low-Priced Stock Fund were opened to new shareholders on January 14, to take advantage of what see as new opportunities in the small- and micro-cap universe in light of the recent market correction. Only Royce Premier Fund remains closed to new investors.

1099-DIV/B Tax Forms Are Here

Final 2007 IRS-approved Tax Forms 1099-DIV/B were mailed to direct shareholders of Royce Open-End Funds by January 31. You can also view these forms online by logging into Account Access and choosing "Tax Forms" from the "View Statements" drop-down tab.
April 15 Deadline for 2007 IRA Contributions

ChairYou have until April 15, 2007, to make a 2007 IRA contribution. The maximum IRA contribution limit is $4,000 for investors under age 50, and $5,000 for those age 50 and older. Read more»
