      Co-CIO Chuck Royce was a guest on Bloomberg Television's "In the Loop" program with Betty Liu on September 27, 2011.

      Royce discussed his investment outlook, the market's volatility and why the macro picture doesn't dominate his stock picking. He explains that the key to investing in small stocks revolves around a company's ability to survive the unknown.

      He also notes why he's seeing value in Technology, an area that has been much overlooked by the market.
