Royce Global Value Fund
Standard & Poor's MarketScope Advisor published a report on Royce Global Value Fund on May 3, 2011. Writer Vaughan Scully cites Royce Global Value Fund's "positive performance and risk characteristics as well as its neutral cost profile."* [View the Fund's profile page for the Fund's 1-year, 3-year, and since inception (12/29/06) performance information.]
Says Scully "If there is one word that sums up what David Nadel looks for in companies, it's quality…to Nadel, that means a strong balance sheet, high return on capital, and a long history of profitability."
David Nadel co-managed Royce Global Value Fund with Co-CIO Whitney George.
Nadel is Director of International Research for Royce & Associates, LLC, and serves as Portfolio Manager for a number of Royce's international and global funds, including three that were recently introduced:
- Royce International Premier Fund: RYIPX (With George Wyper as Assistant Portfolio Manager)
- Royce International Micro-Cap Fund: ROIMX (With James Harvey and Jenifer Taylor as Assistant Portfolio Managers)
- Royce Global Dividend Value Fund: RGVDX (Chuck Royce is Portfolio Manager, Nadel is the Assistant Portfolio Manager)

This material is not authorized for distribution unless preceded or accompanied by a current prospectus. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing or sending money. The Fund may invest a significant portion of its assets in foreign companies which may be subject to different risks than investments in securities of U.S. companies, including adverse political, social, economic or other developments that are unique to a particular country or region (Please see "Investing in Foreign Securities" in the prospectus). Therefore, the prices of the securities of foreign companies in particular countries or regions may, at times, move in a different direction than those of the securities of U.S. companies. (Please see "Primary Risks for Fund Investors" in the prospectus). In addition, as of 3/31/11 the Fund held a limited number of stocks, which may involve considerably more risk than a less concentrated portfolio because a decline in the value of any one of these stocks would cause the Fund's overall value to decline to a greater degree.
