      Royce Special Equity Fund

      "Another Month, Another Crisis" appeared in the May 2011 issue of Money Magazine, written by Susie Poppick. The commentary touches on how the disaster in Japan affected markets in general, and mutual funds on the "Money 70" list in particular. Foreign funds were hit hardest, but meanwhile, "small company stock funds, which typically have little foreign exposure, fared well."       Charlie Dreifus is the Portfolio Manager of Royce Special Equity Fund, as well as the newly introduced Royce Special Equity Multi-Cap Fund [RSEMX].

      In addition to Royce Special Equity Fund, Royce Pennsylvania Mutual Fund and Royce Value Plus Fund are on the "Money 70" list.
