      Royce Special Equity Fund

      Morningstar published a Quicktake Report on Royce Special Equity Fund on March 30, 2011, entitled "Royce Special Equity's Moniker Is Spot On." Charlie Dreifus manages Royce Special Equity Fund and Royce Special Equity Multi-Cap Fund.

      Writer Karin Anderson notes that "Sacrificing some upside in order to defend capital during downturns is Dreifus' mantra.       Dreifus's strategy: "Eschewing sector considerations, manager Charlie Dreifus zeroes in on stocks trading at a steep discount to his estimate of intrinsic value, regardless of industry.
