      While at the Morningstar Conference in Chicago, Chuck Royce sat down with mutual fund analyst Karin Anderson to discuss a variety of topics, including the importance of quality companies and the expanding role of global investing.

      Chuck stresses the importance of investing in quality companies that have strong balance sheets and sound business strategies.    

      He also talks about the gradually growing role of global investing at Royce, adding that the firm uses exactly the same principles when investing in overseas companies as it does when investing in U.S. stocks.
