      As speculation rages on about the future of the markets, many people are looking for small-caps to continue leading the rebound.  Citywire decided to look at some successful small-cap mangers, including Charlie Dreifus, in the article "Higher returns for smaller companies" to examine what these managers thought was happening.    

      The article cites Charlie's cautious optimism about the economy and the U.S. stock market: "The resilience of the market appears to show that many, if not most, believe that the worst is behind us, which is consistent with something I've believed for the last month or so – that the market has begun to take bad news well, with a "tell me something new" attitude."
