      MarketWatch Sees Small-Caps Moving Forward

      MarketWatch spoke to several veteran small-cap managers about how they are moving forward after the downward spiral the market took last fall.

      Chuck Royce weighed in by stressing the importance of long-term investing, stating, "The market is inefficient in the long-term and by having that long-term view you can pick up on things that people ignore in the short-term."

      He also encourages people to look for a "margin of safety" in order to survive this type of market.
