CNNMoney.com/Money magazine's annual list of notable mutual funds, "The Money 70", named both Royce Value Plus Fund and Pennsylvania Mutual Fund as recommended small-cap options. Explains Money: "The key is, you needed to be patient and balanced. A long-term view and a diversified asset mix—that's exactly what The Money 70, our list of recommended mutual and exchange-traded funds, is all about." Money's criteria include Funds with "low expenses, a strong record of putting shareholder interests first, a consistent investment strategy and experienced managers."
