Purchasing Royce Mutual Funds by Telephone

How do I Purchase by Telephone?

If you are an existing shareholder with Royce, there are two ways that you can purchase additional shares for your fund account by telephone.

1) Contact Shareholder Services at (800) 841-1180 to talk to a live representative, or

2) use the Automated Royce Infoline at (800) 78-ROYCE. Select option #2, “To Work with Funds you Own,” then select option #3,  “Purchase, Exchange, or Redeem.”

There are two methods for funding this telephone purchase:

Pay Via Automated Clearing House (ACH)

By establishing the Expedited Purchase option on your account application, or by adding banking to your account through Account Access, a telephone call allows you to have funds automatically debited from your bank checking account through ACH. Call Shareholder Services at (800) 841-1180 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time, or call our automated Royce Infoline at (800) 78-ROYCE at any time to buy additional Fund shares ($50 minimum). Read more details on ACH Banking Instructions.

Pay by Bank Wire

Call Shareholder Services between Monday and Friday at (800) 841-1180 before the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange (generally 4 p.m. Eastern time). A Representative will give you a confirming order number for your wire purchase, which must be received on that same business day ($500 minimum). Read more details on Wiring Instructions.
