Any Royce Funds IRA investor who chooses eDelivery of Prospectuses, Reports, and RWord will NOT be charged the $12 annual IRA maintenance fee. (We will continue to also waive the fee for investors with more than $20,000 invested in Royce IRAs at the time the fee is charged, and for new transfer and rollover accounts in their first year.)

What is "eDelivery"?

Electronic Delivery is a convenient online alternative for receiving important fund account documents. When an account document is ready, you'll receive an e-mail notification alerting you that your document is available for online viewing and downloading in PDF format. Here is a sample e-mail.

Your eDelivery Options

As a direct shareholder of our open-end funds, you can sign-up for eDelivery of:

• Semiannual Account Statements
• Transaction Confirmation Statements
• Prospectuses, Annual and Semiannual Reports, our RWord shareholder newsletter (IRA fee waiver applies)
• Annual Tax Forms 1099 and 5498

Sign-Up Now 

Step 1. 

Login to Account Access. If you are a first time user, you first need to Create a Username.

Step 2.

Click on the eDelivery Options link on the Manage Preferences tab and follow the prompts.

Need to Change Your eDelivery Options or E-Mail Address?

eDelivery for Third Party, Indirect or Beneficial Shareholders

If you own shares of The Royce Funds through a third party, please ask your financial advisor how to sign up for eDelivery.

If you hold Royce shares through Fidelity, go to fidelity.com, log in, and go to Your Profile/ Preferences/ Communication Options to choose Electronic Delivery.

If you hold Royce shares through Schwab, go to schwab.com/edelivery to login to your Schwab account and choose eDelivery.
