Dana Serman
Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst
Dana Serman, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst for Royce & Associates, LLC, investment adviser to The Royce Funds.
Mr. Serman serves as co-manager of Royce Technology Value Fund with Whitney George.
Mr. Serman joined the firm in 2007. Previously, he was with JHC Capital Management, LLC (2003-2007), where he was the Assistant Portfolio Manager of Royce Technology Value Fund and a research analyst specializing in small- and mid-cap technology companies. Previously, he worked as an independent consultant (2001-2004) and was a vice president in equity research at Lazard (1999-2001), where he followed Internet infrastructure and enterprise software companies.
Mr. Serman began his investment career at Schroders in 1994, analyzing technology, media and telecommunications equities. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Brandeis University.
For more than 35 years, Royce & Associates has utilized a disciplined value approach to select smaller companies for our investment portfolios.
