      Lauren A. Romeo, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager for Royce & Associates, LLC, investment adviser to The Royce Funds.

      Ms. Romeo joined the firm in 2004. Previously, she was a Portfolio Manager at Dalton Greiner, Hartman & Maher (since 2001), an Analyst with Legg Mason Funds Management (2000-2001) and an Analyst with T. Rowe Price Group (1996-2000). Ms. Romeo holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

      For more than 35 years, Royce & Associates has utilized a disciplined value approach to select smaller companies for our investment portfolios.
