George Necakov, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager and the Director of Quantitative Strategies for Royce & Associates, LLC, investment adviser to The Royce Funds.

Mr. Necakov manages the firm’s quantitative product offerings, including Royce Discovery Fund, an open-end mutual fund. He also serves as an Assistant Portfolio Manager of Royce Total Return Fund and Royce International Smaller-Companies Fund. He joined the firm in 1994 and has been involved in portfolio management since 1998. Mr. Necakov received a bachelor’s degree from New York University in 1988.
