James J. Harvey
Portfolio Manager and Analyst

James J. Harvey is a Portfolio Manager and Analyst for Royce & Associates, LLC, investment adviser to The Royce Funds.
Mr. Harvey co-manages Royce Select Fund II with Charles M. Royce and serves as Assistant Portfolio Manager for Royce Pennsylvania Mutual and Royce Heritage Funds. He joined the firm in 1998 as an Analyst. He received a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany and earned a Master’s of Business Administration degree from New York University.
For more than 35 years, Royce & Associates has adhered to a disciplined value approach in managing smaller-company investment portfolios.
