      James J. Harvey, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager for Royce & Associates, LLC, investment adviser to The Royce Funds.

      Mr. Harvey joined the firm in 1998 as an Analyst. Mr. Harvey holds a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Albany and a Masters of Business Administration from New York University.

      For more than 35 years, Royce & Associates has utilized a disciplined value approach to select smaller companies for our investment portfolios.
