      Chris Flynn joined the firm in 1993 as an Analyst. Previously he was Senior Vice President in the Arbitrage Division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jennette (1989-1992) and prior to that was in the Risk Arbitrage department of Prudential-Bache Securities (1984-1989). He holds a bachelor's degree from Columbia University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

      For more than 35 years, Royce & Associates has utilized a disciplined value approach to select smaller companies for our investment portfolios.
